let's go right to dave murphy and karen rogers. good morning. >> big day for folks outdoors as they head into the polls and it looks like it's going to be a decent day for voting or anything else you need to do outside today. we are starting out with a fair amount of cloud cover but it looks like there will be some breaks. you're already seeing that in spots out to the west. overall we expect clouds in there morning to give way to more of a clouds and sun mix as we head into the afternoon. it's not nearly as chilly as it was the last couple mornings. 53 degrees right now philadelphia. we have dipped into the upper 40's in allentown but 48 is not too bad for this time of year. 51 in trenton, 47 in dover, 52 in millville and low 50's down the shore. it's not a lot of wind out there and it is beginning to shift out of the west now and eventually out of the southwest. you can see how it's calm in some spots. philadelphia with the strongest wind right now and that's only 8 miles per hour. i'm forgetting about the poconos at 15 but gener

let's go over to karen rogers and check it out. >> reporter: this is route 1, no problems as you head out the door. on the northeast extension lehigh valley quakertown, we have construction blocking the right lane. in pottstown, stowe and route 100 they are rebuilding the bridges over the schuylkill river it will last to 2018. expect restrictions line, they are working on the eastbound shoulderle they will be changing that throughout the area. time for a look at the computer traffic report looking at the waze app. somebody was reporting something on the highway southbound near haddon heights. other than that no big issues on the roads. temperature-wise it's cold, 34 degrees in tanersville. 36 in martins creek and quakertown. even 0s in center city. 37 in browns mills. 39 in dover, delaware. at least we're dry with no weather-related problems. some hope from mother nature is helping to stop the flow of lava that flowing on the big island. a rainstorm reduced the lava low. it's 40 feet away from the town but stalled for the moment. the flow started moving toward the town back in june. i
